"Spying On Aliens" Original Oil Pastel On Cardboard

Part of my accessible art, this is an oil pastel painting on cardboard that was previously a side of a shipping box, cut and stapled to the back of this red and gold thrifted frame and covered with brown wrapping paper (for a cleaner look).

The idea behind "Spying on Aliens" actually came to me as a very clear "vision". It was an alien in their kitchen, making themselves food (aliens, they're just like us), in a kind of wonky looking room and then i added the alien cyclops dog for good measure. After all, everyone who's kind to dogs deserves a dog, and this alien is kind to dogs (thank goodness!!). Cyclops creatures are some of my favorite creatures to make, and this was extremely fun to do, I hope you enjoy.
